The Harvest

Five business professionals, one boat, and a very serious attempt at recreating a Seattle grunge era photo album.

We are calling it The Harvest.

This week's theme on the Duchess was Harvest Season, and somewhere between the questions and the drinks, the crew decided the photo deserved its own debut album.

Seeds We Have Planted.

First single, Tending Your Garden.

The real conversation was better than the joke though. We talked about what you are harvesting right now that you built discipline around months ago, and what needs planting today so next September looks even better.

Turns out that question hits the same whether you are in insurance, law, jewelry, or biopharma.

The full edition of Heard This Week, with every takeaway from the boat, goes to the crew after each cruise.
