Season Five Is in the Books

Season Five on the Duchess is in the books.

Seventeen cruises, eighty crew members, and only one rain out. And a community that quietly crested 200 people.

The Duchess started coming out of COVID, when a lot of us had forgotten how to sit across a table from someone and just talk. Five seasons later, that's still the whole idea. No agenda, no pitch, no business cards. Just good people on the water talking about things that matter.

This year we chewed on Offense Season. Signal vs Noise. Where Deals Actually Come From. Builder vs Operator. Every one of those conversations got better because of who was sitting at the table.

The boat is docked for the winter. The crew is not.

On November 4 we're bringing it on land for the first Duchess Round Table at the Seattle Yacht Club. Same crew, same two rules.
