Be an A player.
No business cards.

A private community of A players. We gather on the water and ashore to build real relationships, with people before pitches.

Not a networking event

Duchess Fleet is a curated community of professionals who believe relationships come first. It started as a happy hour on the water coming out of COVID, and five seasons later more than 200 wealth managers, attorneys, CPAs, builders, operators, and founders have come aboard. Small rooms, great questions, and no business cards.

On the water

All summer, small crews of A players sail aboard the Duchess for the Happy Hour Mastermind. Two hours, a couple of great questions, and the kind of conversation you cannot have in a conference room.

Ashore

When the boats come out of the water, the conversation moves inland. A few times each offseason, the Duchess Round Table brings the crew together around one table for an evening worth clearing the calendar for.

Four pillars

  • Curated, not crowded

    Small rooms, on purpose.

  • People before pitches

    Nobody comes aboard to sell.

  • Give first

Open the door before anyone asks.

  • Moments worth showing up for

Gatherings people clear their calendars for.

Heard This Week on the Duchess

  • Season Five Is in the Books

Seventeen cruises, eighty crew members, and one rain out.

  • The Harvest

Five professionals, one boat, and a grunge era album cover.

  • Time Is the Real Currency

A Duck, a Coug, a Buff, and a Dawg walked into a bar.

  • Builder vs Operator

Four roses and one thorn on the Duchess.

“Trust is the commodity. Information is not the commodity anymore.”
