Leverage Everything

Leverage Everything was this week's theme on the Duchess, and I decided to point it straight at the tool that has quietly become the fulcrum under almost everything else we have talked about this season.

A boat full of A players went deep on this stuff, and it turned into the most honest AI conversation we have had on the water all year.

A few things worth carrying with you~

AI cannot be relied on for two things, judgment and liability, because your client does not care where the answer came from, they hired you and you are the one who owns it.

It is also an appeasing tool by design, which means it wants to make you happy, so unless you explicitly tell it to challenge you and find your blind spots, it will just validate whatever you already believe.

And the line that stuck with me most, the one I think about every time I open a chat window now~

"Trust is the commodity. Information is not the commodity anymore."

Delegate the mechanics all day long, but never delegate the judgment or the relationship, because that is the part your clients are actually paying you for.
